MyGenomeBox allows the use of genetic data from Gene2me, DragonGeneBox, 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA and VCF files to create personalized genetic reports to inform you of the your genetic information.
MyGenomeBox utilizes a strict encryption process in order to secure and prevent any risk of leakage or disclosure of personal information of users. We only request the minimum necessary amount of personal information (ex: email address, residential country, etc.) to properly provide our service to you.

You can always change your information by going into the ‘My Account’ menu.
You can sign up any time even without your DNA data; however, you will have limited access to our services.
We recommend that you take a DNA test and upload your DNA data to MyGenomeBox to experience our full and diverse services.
If you did not receive the verification email, please write to us by informing us of your email address through ‘Submit a Request’.
We do encourage you to double check your spam or junk mail in case the verification email got delivered there.
You can always reset your password by going into the ‘Forgot your password?’ menu.
To find your account, please let us know your name and country by writing to us through ‘Submit a Request’. We will quickly get back to you with your account information.
You can always email to our partners whose email address would be written in the report.
You can delete your account by going into ‘Delete Account’ located in the ‘My Account’ menu.
However, please bear in mind that when you delete your account, any existing points and mileage will be deleted in correlation, and no reimbursements will be made. You will also be unable to use the purchased apps once you delete your account from MyGenomeBox.
